This handbook shares the process and tools used to understand, measure, and incorporate new learning related to assessing the outcomes and results of faith-based programs. A logic model and several worksheets are included to help other practitioners to evaluate their programs. Special attention is given to the following: addressing faith-based organization’s comfort level with evaluation approaches, preserving the language and place of faith, understanding stewardship as an effective framework for evaluation, creating a community of inquiry, and understanding why the data need to be collected and how they will be used.
